Academic Briefing Report (ABR) is a meeting at Stirling Schools, which is done on a semesterly basis in an academic year with the participation of all teachers at the same grade level, school counsellor and vice-principal.

Participants share their experiences and opinions under the supervision of the vice-principal and discuss students'   academic development, behavioural progress, learning skills, and social activities. They search for solutions to the problems that have happened or likely to happen. For example, a school counsellor may have a special meeting for a student who is academically a high performer but experiences behavioural problems.

Participants put a great effort into identifying the students who need additional support and the outperforming ones to offer individual support and challenge them for better.
